I had a delightful stay at a charming bed and breakfast in Cherbourg. The location was ideal, being just a short walk to both the train station and ferryport. The house had a unique artsy vibe that I absolutely loved. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly host, Christelle, as well as her lovable dog and cat. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious French continental breakfast, which had a wide variety of choices, including homemade touches. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with its own unique theme, and I even had the pleasure of sleeping in a four-poster bed. The fact that the property offered secure storage for my bicycle was a big plus. I was also impressed by Christelle's willingness to assist with any needs or requests throughout my stay. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hidden gem to other travelers.

The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful in planning our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. One day, they recommended a local seafood restaurant that was simply out of this world. The flavors were so rich and succulent, it felt like a culinary adventure right in our mouths!
Breakfast options lacked variety.

Delicious Continental Breakfast: The breakfast at this charming homestay was as delightful as waking up to birds chirping in an enchanted forest. The freshly baked croissants and rich coffee were a perfect start to my day of exploring Cherbourg-en-Cotentin.
Limited Accessibility: The homestay lacked wheelchair accessibility, much like stepping back in time to a beautiful era when stairs were a normal part of life.

We loved exploring the area. the breakfast served was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day.
Finding the property was a bit challenging, as it was not easy to locate among the other houses and businesses in the street. , the steep internal stairs could be an issue for people with mobility problems.
